• In-app reporting feature: Accessible from user profiles, content posts, and messages. Look for the "Report" button on any user profile or content item.
• Email reporting: Send detailed reports to awthedev@gmail.com with subject line "Child Safety Report"
• Response time commitment: We investigate all child safety reports within 24 hours. Urgent reports involving immediate danger are prioritized and reviewed within 4 hours.

When reporting, please include:

• Username or profile link of the reported user
• Description of the concerning behavior or content
• Screenshots or evidence (if available and safe to collect)
• Date and time of the incident
• Any additional context that may help our investigation

• Permanent ban: Users found to have violated child safety standards are permanently banned from the platform
• Reporting to authorities: We report all suspected CSAE violations to relevant law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations as required by law
• Legal cooperation: We fully cooperate with law enforcement investigations, providing necessary information and evidence when legally required
