- In-app reporting feature: Accessible from user profiles, content posts, and messages. Look for the "Report" button on any user profile or content item.
- Email reporting: Send detailed reports to awthedev@gmail.com with subject line "Child Safety Report"
- Response time commitment: We investigate all child safety reports within 24 hours. Urgent reports involving immediate danger are prioritized and reviewed within 4 hours.
When reporting, please include:
- Username or profile link of the reported user
- Description of the concerning behavior or content
- Screenshots or evidence (if available and safe to collect)
- Date and time of the incident
- Any additional context that may help our investigation
Moderation and Enforcement

We employ a multi-layered approach to detect and prevent child safety violations:

- Content removal: All violating content is removed immediately and permanently
- Permanent ban: Users found to have violated child safety standards are permanently banned from the platform
- Reporting to authorities: We report all suspected CSAE violations to relevant law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations as required by law
- Legal cooperation: We fully cooperate with law enforcement investigations, providing necessary information and evidence when legally required
Response Procedures
- All child safety reports are triaged by priority level
- Urgent reports (immediate danger) are escalated to senior safety staff and law enforcement within 4 hours
- Standard reports are investigated within 24 hours
- Confirmed violations result in immediate enforcement action
